The Pivot Event was held for the first time in October 2020. For 5 days in this virtual gathering of future makers we considered exponential ideas for Electric Vehicles, Digital Transformation and Tourism. We developed those ideas together and in the end created an exciting manifesto of 9 moonshots for the Caribbean.

Future Makers from across the globe submitted their moonshots for electric vehicles, digital transformation and re-imagining tourism in this crowdsourcing initiative. Our panellists from the IDB, The Destination Experience, the World Bank and Ocean Unite selected 6 finalists. The moonshot ideas of 3 future makers were selected by public vote.
